Gorgeous house in South Dublin on Mount Merrion Avenue. The property is managed by Sherry Fitzgerald. Room available now as I am moving country for work. House is located right next to bus stops and is a 10-15 minute walk to DART and shopping centres in Blackrock. The room itself is large and comes with bedside tables, double bed and wardrobe. Everything else in the photo will be gone unless you would like to purchase anything. There is also a giant built in wardrobe outside the bedroom door dedicated to the room so ample storage. The house has all mod cons and kitchen is well equipped. Electric shower/bath. The other tenant, Charlie is a 36 year old marketing specialist who is clean, tidy and respectful. You must be the same. No party animals. Bills are split between both tenants. Numbers below will be split between you: Bins are 26 per month Electric is 150-200 per 2 months depending on seasons Super fast virgin WiFi and tv is 66pm Deposit is 896 also. Room is available this week. January rent is covered until February 6th. I won’t be seeking this back.
