Dublin Host Families are delighted to offer a large double bedroom with access to private bathroom in this almost new apartment located on the outskirts of Leixlip Town Centre. Ideally situated close to Intel and Hewlett Packard at Collinstown Industrial Park and only a short stroll to several bus routes (Routes 52 / C5 / L59 / X25) linking you to Dublin City Centre and beyond. Most household bills are included in the price (there would be a small contribution towards electricity) The host will seek a small security deposit against breakages that is refunded when leaving the house. (1 weeks rent) The rate for the room is €200 per week and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance. The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 6 months.
