The House The house is located about 10/15min walk from mallow town and the train station, there is also a centra located conveniently 2mins up the road. It features a spacious garden, kitchen, sitting room, shared bathroom and one available double bedroom. The Room Important - the room does not have a bed, any potential candidate must organise their own bed. The bedroom faces the back garden, it is a spacious double room however some of the items in the picture are not available as they belong to the previous tenant including (desk and bed). There is opportunity to make the bedroom into your own. The Occupants My sister and I (early 20s and 30s) are easy going but also busy people we like to keep the house very clean. We both eat meat (in case that may trigger anyone with different dietary preferences) and work full-time. I am also currently doing my professional accountancy exams. Please note there is a small dog living on the property, please do not apply if that is an issue. There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside the house. Ideal Candidate We are looking for a tidy, respectful to share in the responsibilities around the house. The room is available at the stated price plus 1/3 monthly bills (electricity, gas, internet and bins).
