Hi there! I’m renting out my lovely, airy apartment for a 3-month period while I’m travelling. The space is a bright and comfortable with one bedroom available, with a really homely feel. You’ll mostley have the place to yourself as I’ll only be back occasionally on one or two weekends due to weddings and events. Location The area is nice, with lots of cafés, restaurants, and pubs nearby. The C3, C4, C5 and C6 buses run all night into the city centre, and the bus stop is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. The Ideal Tenant I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, sound, and considerate. There may also be an option to extend the rental term if it suits us both. There is a desk and screen if you need it. If this was to be a longer term rent, this would not suit someone who WFH as I will need the desk space from August onward. Wifi, TV and bins included.
