Hi there! I’m renting out my lovely, airy apartment for a 3-month period. The space is a bright and comfortable with one bedroom available, with a really homely feel. There's also a helloklean shower head in the main bathroom which I replace every three months. You'll also have a dedicated parking space. Location The area is nice, with lots of cafés, restaurants, and pubs nearby. The C3, C4, C5 and C6 buses run all night into the city centre, and the bus stop is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Lucan Village is a 3-minute walk away from the apartment. The Ideal Tenant I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, sound, and considerate. There may also be an option to extend the rental term if it suits us both. There is a desk and screen if you need it. If this was to be a longer term rent, this would not suit someone who WFH as I will need the desk space.. Wifi, TV and bins included. Bills will be split.
