Room available in a Modern Two Bedroom Apartment located in Scholarstown Wood Dublin 16. The room comes with a king bed, and you would also have your own private separate bathroom directly across from the bedroom. The apartment is located in a calm and peaceful neighbourhood in the south of the city. Many amenities nearby such as grocery stores 10 mins walk, Marlay park 10 mins drive and the M50 just 3 mins away. It also has many bus routes 5 mins walk away taking you directly into the centre or other areas of Dublin. Additionally, there is a shared parking space (with us) / other areas to park in the estate. The move in date is immediate and a long term tenant is preferred. You would be sharing with one other couple, and thus, splitting the bills and rent in half (€1136.50 rent for your half excluding gas+electricity). We would love to find a suitable individual/couple that is also tidy, organised, doesn’t smoke, and is not into hosting house parties very often. If you can introduce yourself, hobbies etc. and if you meet our preferences mentioned above we would love to meet you for a viewing this weekend.
