Hi everyone, I'm looking for a flatmate to rent the second bedroom in my apartment (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom). The apartment is in a great location, just behind Smithfield square, only a 2-minute walk from Lidl, and within easy reach of the Luas, restaurants, bars, and even the Lighthouse Cinema. It's a cosy, homely space with nice wooden flooring throughout. A little about me: I'm easy-going, open-minded, and respectful of both shared spaces and personal privacy. I enjoy the occasional dinner or chat with my flatmate, but I also appreciate having time to myself to unwind after a busy day or week. I'm looking for someone with a similar mindset. You'll be sharing the apartment with me and my other flatmate, Moira the cat, so being cat-friendly is a must! The rent includes internet and bin collection.
