Tenant will have exclusive use of their own private bathroom with bath/shower which is located right next to the bedroom. Room comes with ample storage and plenty of sunlight during the day. The apartment itself includes a large shared kitchen/dining/living room with modern fixtures. Washer and dryer are within the unit. There is a large balcony which stretches the entire length of the apartment with lovely views overlooking IMMA. The apartment complex has 24-hour security and friendly neighbours. Secure onsite parking is available for an additional €100 per month. Bills are not included in the rent. You will be sharing with two people in their mid/late 20s. We are looking for a like-minded flatmate (clean & tidy and nonsmoker/ nonvaper). Both of us work varying schedules but can chill and catch up over a glass of wine. Equally, we are happy to give each other space!
