You can choose between either room: one is 12.25 sq. meters with adjacent private bathroom for €1,900 per month, the other is 14 sq. meters with additional ensuite bathroom for €2,100 per month. Pets are welcome if they are apartment-suitable (no large dogs), with extra monthly pet rent amount of €50 charged by the complex.
