There’s a room available in a 2 bedroom apartment. The room has a small double bed with ottoman storage under, double wardrobe, tallboy drawers, open shelving unit, bedside table, wall mirror & full length mirror. I will be fitting blackout blinds in the bedroom in Mar/Apr. The bedroom looks onto Markievicz Park so not overlooked by any neighbours. Sharing with an easygoing professional female in my 30’s. I have a little dog who is very friendly so will be looking for someone who loves dogs (she will likely want to be up on your lap when on the couch). I like for there to be a communal feel in the apartment since it’s both of our homes rather than 2 random people sharing space. Please tell me a bit about yourself? This is a no smoking apartment. All bills (WiFi, bins, Netflix etc) included EXCEPT electricity which will be split. C1 BER rating Parking space included. 24hr bus stop G1, G2 5min walk away. St James’s Hospital/New Childrens Hospital 3km away/15min cycle. Chapelizod village amenities are a 10min walk i.e. 3 cafe’s, 3 pubs. The entrance to the walk along the Liffey towards the war memorial gardens is <5min walk from the apartment and the Phoenix park is about a 10min walk from the apartment.
