Bright and comfortable double room available in a well-kept apartment in a quiet development. The room is fully furnished with a small double bed, ottoman storage under bed, wardrobe, , bedside table, chest of drawers, full length and wall mirror, desk and blackout blinds are being fitted in a couple of weeks. The room gets bright natural light & is not overlooked i.e. it looks out onto Markiviez Park. Room is available now but I can hold it for a few wks if needed. The apartment itself is warm, clean, and relaxed, with a spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom is shared. You’ll be sharing with one easy going female professional who works full time and also a little dog who is very friendly and loves people so I’m looking for someone who likes dogs ideally. The apartment is in a great location with good transport links (24hr bus into town G1 & G2 is an 5min walk away) and close to local shops and amenities in Chapelizod, which is a beautiful village. Rent is €800 per month, which includes all bills (bins, WiFi, Netflix) except electricity which is split evenly.
