The property is quiet and well maintained, spacious (120 square metres) and would suit a respectful tenant. Most of the time, the apartment will be shared with only one other person, as I am frequently away and typically stay in the property 1–2 days per week. Rent: €600 one person €700 two persons Rent is payable on time each month without exception. Deposit: Deposit equal to one month’s rent required. Location: The apartment is ideally located in Mallow Town Centre, directly opposite Dunnes Stores and beside the Courthouse, with all local amenities within walking distance.
