The apartment has instant hot water, underfloor heating and high ceilings. The floor to ceiling windows allow lots of natural light into the apartment. I have a large balcony. The apartment is equipped with all mod cons. The apartment is right in the heart of the docklands area, easy distance of bus, luas and dart. There is a good selection of coffee shops and restaurants close by and the city centre is only 20min walk away. You will be sharing with me one female owner occupier and 2 friendly cats, Lily and Lola. I am looking for only one roommate. Rent includes Cable TV and Broadband (Electricity and Gas to be shared)
