Ideally situated close to Dublin Airport, Baldoyle Industrial Estate, Donaghmede Shopping Centre and easy access to Howth Junction and Clongriffin DART Station and several bus routes linking to Dublin City Centre and beyond (routes 15 / H1) All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water) You do not have to pay any security deposit. The rate for the room is €950 per month and it is paid every month in advance. The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 6 months.
