Hiya, Lovely single room available to rent for €565 a month in Shankill, D18 (not including bills). Bills are extra and shared equally — they are approximately €130 per month each (broadband, bins, garden, electricity, gas, Netflix). The house has all the mod cons, including a dishwasher, dryer, alarm etc. You’ll be living in a home with a large, sunny kitchen with dining area, one main bathroom with a bath and shower, a downstairs loo, sitting room and a low-maintenance, south-facing garden with a shed. There’s also plenty of storage. The house is in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, close to the sea and Lidl. Your commute will be very easy: it’s only a 5-minute walk to Shankill DART station and an 8-minute walk to the E1, L14, 45A and 7B bus stops. There’s also plenty of parking. The other two bedrooms are occupied by two friendly housemates, in their 30s. Both work full-time and are non-smokers, considerate and tidy, and they love cats. There are also two lovely cats living in the house — a house is not a home without a cat! :-) We’re happy to do our own thing, but also enjoy having a chat and sharing a drink now and again. We’re looking for a friendly person who is also looking for a quiet home and likes cats. We’re also looking for someone who intends to stay for at least a year.
