En-suite double-room to rent in a terraced house in the centre of Westport Town. Sharing with me the owner (woman) and another tenant (guy, 28). A bit about me: I'm from Dublin and moved to Westport a couple of years ago to be closer to the great outdoors. I'm a freelance designer and I work split between a local studio and at home. During the week we're both early to bed, early to rise, so looking to share with someone operating on not too dissimilar a routine. Or at least is very quiet if keeping later hours! House: 3 mins walk up Tober Hill from SuperValu (2 mins when going down hill!) 30 mins drive from Leenaun 45 mins drive from Achill Sound Room: Double-room with WC and Electric Shower LGBTQ+ friendly (and it's important that you are also LGBTQ+ friendly!) I have pets welcome but that really only applies to dogs I'm afraid as I get lots of birds in the back garden and would like to keep it that way! Room rent is €625 p/m plus bills which will be approx €60 If you are interested please email with some info about yourself, what you get up to in your spare time etc NOTE: I won't be there for the first 4 or 5 months and I may or may not rent out my room.
