The rental is of a sitting-room and bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The rooms are in an annex on the side of the house with an internal entrance through the main front door - effectively an internal apartment. The sitting room has a spiral staircase to a double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is a 40 inch tv in the sitting room and there is a small fridge also. The house is a family house with young children aged 8 and 10. All bills are included, i.e. electricity, heating, refuse and broadband. Cooking facilities are in a communal family kitchen. Space will be provided for food storage there. Pots, pans, cutlery and dishes are provided. Since there are few properties available for rent and there is a lot of demand, it is likely that emails will not be responded to since we do not have time to get back to a lot of people.
