The following are non-negotiable terms and conditions for potential applicants: -FEMALE ONLY -No meat or fish in the house - eaten or cooked. We’re both vegetarians and intend on keeping our household in honour of that. -No alcohol, smoking, or ‘partying’ -No overnight guests There is no WiFi at the house; as neither of us need it. If you wish - you can of course subscribe to a WiFi provider at your own discretion. This is a clean, tidy and quiet house, in a quiet and respectable residential area. We’re looking for someone who may be interested and likewise convenienced by the location; for work related reasons, to rent an available SINGLE room, in Dublin 18. -Rent €650 excluding bills -Bills; electricity & bins are not fixed. They’re charged every two months and depend on price in relation to usage. Split equally between the 3 of us. House is heated by oil, and the cost again greatly depends on usage. Every tank fill cost is split between the 3 of us; upon ordering. -6 month initial contract - with potential possibility to extend upon review. -References are NECESSARY for you to provide in order to be considered for a viewing If you meet the terms and conditions, and are interested in potentially renting this room; please send references with a description of yourself.
