The house would suit someone who is tidy, considerate and respectful, and who enjoys a peaceful living environment. I would prefer someone who only needs accommodation during the week (Monday to Friday) and goes home at weekends — although this is not essential. The rooms would be particularly suitable for a medical student, apprentice, professional, or someone working/studying in town during the week and looking for a comfortable place to stay.
