The accommodation is let by room from 4 weeks to 50 weeks and utility usage to a normal standard are included in the rent. The property is stocked on a weekly basis with a set amount of utility items ie. toilet rolls, kitchen rolls and cleaning supplies all included in the rent. The twin rooms are for two sharing. All occupants have access to a common lounge area and kitchen area. House rules do apply and a full set of same will be outlined to applicants.
