Utilities paid on a bi-monthly basis & will always be divided by a minimum of 4 people even if less living in the house at any given time. Rent to be paid in cash. 6 month trial contract providing 850 Euro deposit upon taking up residency. Once trial period successfully completed open ended contract given with tenant only needing to provide 1 months notice to terminate residency.
