Ideally located close to City West Business Campus, and only a short stroll to LUAS Red Line City West Stop. The host will seek a small security deposit that is refunded when leaving the property (€100) All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water) The rate for the room is €160 and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.
