Sharing with 3 working professional girls in our late 20’s who like to catch up over a cuppa tea or some reality tv in the evenings when we can. We are pretty active and all have different schedules between work and hobbies. Sharing main bathroom with 2 other girls. The house is modern with a large kitchen/ dining space and living room with all expected appliances (dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, blender, TV etc) Nice back garden area perfect for sunny weather. On-street parking available, no permit required. The house is on the door step of the Phoenix Park, coffee shops, newsagents and post office. The closest bus stop is a 5 minute walk and Pelletstown & Broombridge train/ Luas a 25 minute walk.
