Bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment available to rent from 9th December 2025. The apartment is in a modern managed complex, well insulated, and located in a quiet and relaxed area within walking distance to Dundrum shopping centre and the Ballaly luas stop. The apartment complex has numerous families and so it is a safe and relaxed environment. There are two bathrooms in the apartment. Therefore, although the room is not an en-suite, you will have your own bathroom :) - Dundrum shopping centre ~10 minute walk away. - parks ~12 minute walk away - luas stop ~10 minute walk - various bus stops and an aircoach to airport nearby. - there is an onsite gym, no extra cost - bins included in rent; the rubbish is handled by the management company - various other onsite facilities, such as a lounge area with free coffee, some maintained common areas with benches and so on, rooftop terraces, postbox/parcel area. The apartment itself is located on the 1st floor (above ground floor, there is an elevator), is reasonably sized and very comfortable. We have a full kitchen with all appliances, a washing machine, sitting room, a balcony, multiple storage closets, a utilities room. Each room also has a thermostat and heating. Parking is NOT available at the complex, as there is limited spaces, all of which are taken. There is plentiful bicycle storage, however. You will be sharing with a 25 year old male (me). Ideally I'd like to share with someone who is tidy, quiet, respectful, and cleans up after themselves. No pets please and they must be a non-smoker. Single applicants only (no families, couples, etc...), Having visitors or guests is fine, as long as they are respectful :) Details: - Rent is €1,250 a month + €1,250 deposit. Rent is due on 25th of each month. Note that rent will be required for the 9th December 2025 -> 25th December 2025 period, pro rata (~€917). This is to cover the portion of my previous flatmates would-be rent for that month as he is moving out on the 8th of December. This will constitute the 'first month's' rent, with it then being €1,250 from 25th December 2025 onwards. - WiFi is currently about €20 each a month - Electricity is pay-as-you-go, and is currently about €60 each per month, but this can change depending on usage and price increases! Therefore, probably best to try and be somewhat conservative with energy use where possible! - Before moving in, the management company will require some substantiating documents.
