The Duplex Apartment has a fully fitted kitchen and 2 separate bathrooms. Its located within a very quiet estate with a lot of amenities with walking distance, shops, big park and a gym. Its within 5mins walk of several bus routes and within 30mins walk of Bray main street. Springfield Cemetery, Stop; 45A, E1, L12 Giltspur & Shoreline Sports Stop; L14 its also just off the M11 and provides easy access to the M11/M50 with plenty of parking in visitor spots. We are a friendly couple in our forties, with 1 person working from home part-time. We are big believers in respecting other people's sleep and work schedules when it comes to noise levels so we are looking for a roommate who feels the same and is considerate of others along with being very tidy so the apartment is a calm, comfortable place to call home for everyone. Not suitable for WFH. Bills are included in the rent. We are hoping to find someone who would be able to move in from the 21st October 2025.
