Our lovely flatmate is subletting his space while he travels for one month. The room has a double bed, office desk, a clothes rack, chest of drawers, wall shelves, mirrors - and Sky Glass TV with Netflix and premier movies. Downstairs is the lounge, kitchen and outdoor patio. The house was freshly renovated with brand new carpets and flooring, 8 months ago. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, electric hob with double oven, dishwasher, microwaves and a dining table. Bills are split 3 ways, along with costs of shared household items, including refuse and recycling bags for rubbish collection. There’s a €50 per month cleaning fee. A €250 deposit is required to secure the accommodation. First month’s rent is due on fixed entry date (which is not flexible). Portobello is the coolest area with the best of all worlds - the peaceful canal is two-minutes away, along with coffee shops/grocers. Bustling nightlife is 5-minutes away, as well as Luas/buses. It’s a short walk to the city centre. Warren St. itself is quiet and residential - a perfect spot. You will be sharing the house with two other flatmates.
