The room has a double bed, office desk, a clothes rack, chest of drawers, wall shelves, additional storage, mirrors - and Sky Glass TV with Netflix and premier channels. Downstairs is the lounge, kitchen and outdoor patio. The house was freshly renovated with brand new carpets and flooring 1 year ago. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and included fridge freezer, electric hob with double oven, dishwasher, microwaves, toaster, and a dining table and chairs. Gas, electricity, wi-fi and Sky TV bills are split 3 ways*, along with costs of shared household products, including refuse and recycling bags for rubbish collection. A €17.50 per week house management fee* suits tenants who are happy to pay extra for a clean and comfortable efficiently managed home, without having to get involved directly with household responsibilities. One month's rent is required as a security deposit required to secure the accommodation. First month’s rent is due on fixed entry date of June 1st (Fixed date - no flexibility). Sky is €25 each and wi-fi is around €14 each per month. *House Management Fee includes: - Weekly deep clean of kitchen, bathroom, lounge, entrance hall, upstairs landing and stairs. - Management of household supplies – buying and bringing home shared products including kitchen roll, toilet roll, soap, floor cleaner, washing up liquid, black bags, sponge cloths, etc. - Rubbish Management – emptying general and recycling kitchen bins into large Abbey Waste bags kept in bin store. Carrying large trash from back to front of house for weekly collection. - Bill management, receiving of household bills, creating screenshots of bills, sending bills to housemates, calculating a third of bills and messaging housemates the amount due as well as shopping around for best deals and switching of utilities providers to save money. - Repairs and maintenance – exterior: liaison with agency regarding repairs, including blocked exterior drains, leaks and/or flooding, broken fixtures and fittings, smoke alarms, etc. as well as arranging directly with tradesmen and waiting in to allow access to fix any issues. - Interior: buying and using blocked drain fluid for shower and bathroom sink, sourcing and paying carpenter for installation of shelving, wall-hung TV brackets, window blinds, etc.
