Central apartment close to all shops and bus routes. Occupied by two working professionals. The apartment is a quiet space, no parties or regular comings and goings. My housemate and I have friends over once or twice a month on a weekend and we socialise in our rooms to keep the kitchen free for each other. Never until late. Any prospective tenant will have to agree to this. We appreciate people who clean as they go, and replace any domestic items that they last use such as bin bags etc. The room is available from 12th August - to secure the room - a deposit and the first rent payment for August remainder should be paid on August 1st.
