The 245 bus is a 1 minute walk from the front door but it is recommended that a tenant can drive for this location. Local amenities include two shops, a church, pub, post office, pharmacy and restaurants. The room offers ample storage including double sliding wardrobe & bedside locker. Please note the house is owner occupied -female for a respectful guest who complies with house rules. Strictly non smoking property Refuse, Wifi & TV included. Gas, electricity are extra and will be charged on a monthly basis. Deposit of one month's rent is required and at least two references to secure tenancy.
