Watermill Park, Raheny, Co. Dublin

This house is a 3-bedroom house beside St. Anne's Park.   Living in the house is me, I am the owner - occupier and a female 4th year italian DCU student; I am a female who works full-time 9am to 5pm. I work from home and in the office 2 days a week. I can offer one double bedroom to a female. The room is a south-facing warm bedroom with a 4-foot bed. This can be for 5 days a week (for less cost), or for 7 days - this can be agreed. There is one bathroom with electric shower. Gas-fired central heating. There are two living rooms, 2 TVs with Sky tv package and apps. The house is very close to Raheny village (4 mins walk),  there are bus routes to city centre and to Killester, and the Dart.  Bills are included, and SKY TV package, Sky high speed broadband. Bedding/duvet and bed sheets, towels are provided. I am looking for a female who works in the city centre, or northside, Monday to Friday. It won't suit a hybrid work who works from home 5 days a week. Raheny Library is a few mins walk. There is a shed in the back garden for bike storage. There is free road parking.
