This house is a 3-bedroom house beside St. Anne's Park.   There is one person living in the house who is the owner - occupier; a female who works full-time 9am to 5pm. I work from home and in the office a few days a week. I can offer one of the bedrooms to female only. The room is a south-facing bedroom with a 4-foot bed. This can be for 5 days a week (for less cost), or for 7 days - this can be agreed. There is one bathroom with electric shower. Gas-fired central heating. There are two living rooms, 2 TVs. The house is very close to Raheny village (3 mins walk),  there are bus routes to city centre and to Killester, and the Dart.  Bills are included.  SKY TV package, Sky high speed broadband. There is a work desk and work chair downstairs, and the 3rd bedroom can be used as a study.  There is a shed in the back garden for bike storage. There is free road parking.
