You will need your own duvets/covers pillows. - A desk and chair - electric roller blinds - Large Wardrobes The monthly rent is €950.00 The deposit is one month's rent. (Utilities+wifi included in the cost) The property is professionally cleaned twice per week. Tenants are expected to maintain their own rooms and shared spaces in a tidy condition between cleans. The common areas of the house are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with modern features. - There is also a dedicated laundry room with both a separate washer and dryer. - Coffee machine with with bean to cup (Barista quality drinks). - Wifi 6+ throughout the house. - Dedicated room temperature controls.
