Waterville is located just beside The Lough and a short 10 - 15 min walk to Cork city down Barracks Street. The Lough on your doorstep is amazing and really nice for walks all year round and if you like ducks you are very much in luck! The house currently has a mix of working professionals and post-graduate students living there, all 4 in their 20s-40s. The property is a quiet and relaxed one. The available double room is a pretty good size room, with West facing windows for afternoon sunlight. Driveway parking available. The rent quoted does not include bills - those work out to about €100 per month.
