Looking for a friendly, easy-going, tidy, and responsible person who will respect the house, which will be shared with two others. The available bedroom is tastefully furnished, with a double bed (with storage underneath), two large side bed lockers, a desk, black-out curtains and blinds, and built-in wardrobes. You will be sharing a large bathroom with one other occupant. The house is well furnished throughout and has a large garden that gets the sun all day. Waverly is located beside the bus stop and within walking distance to the Greystones DART/Train station. Close to the N11/M50. WIFI, TV, etc are included in the rent. Only the electricity bill is to be shared. There is parking available at the house.
