The other 2 rooms are not for rent (office space and extra room). The Guest Double Room available for rent has a king-size bed, wardrobe cabinet, armchair and use of the common bathroom (shared with two small toddlers for bath time). The owners will use the ensuite bathroom. We are looking for a responsible tenant to join our household, who can manage her personal space. - All utility bills (electricity, gas, wifi and waste bin) included in the rent.
