The house is located just off of Weir Road, a few minutes from Tuam town. There are two double rooms available rooms to rent. In room 1, the bed can be used as either a single or a double bed, as you prefer. There is plenty of space for your things: a large built-in double wardrobe with drawers, and three large under-bed drawers. Room 2 has a double bed, six large underbed storage drawers, and a large double wardrobe built in. It also has a desk with desklamp and chair. The bathroom has plenty of storage too for toiletries, has a WC, sink, bathtub, and an electric shower. For preparing your meals, there's a large kitchen equipped with all conveniences you will need for cooking, has a fridge to keep your food fresh, and a gas range with an open-plan dining area next to it. After the kitchen, there is a washer and dryer in the utility, which you will be welcome to use. The living area gets plenty of natural light in, keeping the home warm. There are two seating areas with sofas in the open plan dining/kitchen/living/conservatory area, along with a separate spacious living room with another corner sofa. In the living areas, we have an open fireplace, a stove, an oil-fired Stanley range heating the whole home, and comfortable couches. There is a very large garden, plenty of outdoor seating, and plenty of privacy in the back garden too, along with a small orchard. My pets (three parrots and two rabbits) have their own areas and won't bother you. For your internet needs, we have high-speed fiber-optic broadband. There is also a locked garage if you wish to store a bicycle or any such item, and there's plenty of off-road parking. The house is owner-occupied, with two rooms for rent at any time.
