Available from 13 April to 12 June 2026 (2 months): A double room with a kingsize bed in an immaculately kept, fully furnished 2bedroom apartment is available for rent for this period, at €1,050 per month (utilities extra). We’re ideally looking for someone in their late 20s or early 30s. Preference will be given to someone who goes to the office rather than WFH. You’ll be sharing the flat with a male and female in their late 20s. The bathroom is shared. A small description of what to expect: The apartment is always extremely well maintained and treated with care. We’re hoping to find someone who is similarly mindful about keeping spaces neat and tidy, and who values respect and cleanliness. Your housemates are sociable and friendly, they enjoy a chat but also respect privacy. The goal is to maintain a considerate, peaceful, and easygoing home environment. The apartment is located opposite the RDS on Serpentine Avenue. The nearest bus stop (including the AirCoach) is a 2minute walk away. The DART is just 6 minutes on foot - offering fast access to the city and beyond. The Aviva Stadium, Herbert Park, and Sandymount Beach are all close by. About the area Ballsbridge is a charming, leafy neighbourhood known for its cafes, pubs, parks, and beautiful Georgian/Victorian architecture. Local favourites like Avoca, Carved, Roly’s Bistro, Sprout, Mister Magpie, Butlers, Starbucks, The Bridge, and Brew Lab are all just a short stroll away. This would suit someone laidback who enjoys a quiet weekday routine but is sociable enough for the occasional chat. The apartment complex is serviced and well maintained. Strictly no smoking, not a party house, and no pets allowed in the block. All housekeeping expenses are split transparently. Please mention any parking needs in advance.
