Very spacious interior with large dining area/kitchen and adjoining large living room. Large garden out the back with patio area. The estate itself is amazing to live in - quiet and safe. The estate is a 2 minute walk to the N11 bus stop which is a direct route into town on the 46A/155/145 for commuting (25 mins Stephen’s Green). Sandyford LUAS is a 10 minute bike ride. The double-room has its own private bathroom. The room has lots of storage options with other options for storage in the house also. There is an office setup for remote working which is available for use by the tenant. There is a private car parking space outside of the house and plenty of other on-street parking spaces around the side of the house as well. Wi-Fi is Fibre 500mb. I also have full access TV and my home is fully alarmed. Bills will be split for gas/electricity/wifi. If WFH, further discussion is needed before moving in regarding the fair financing of bills.
