Double bedroom available to rent for one persn. Would be sharing a bathroom with one other. We are looking for a person in their 30s who is clean, a non-smoker and a non-vaper. The house is located on a quiet estate in Churchtown. It is a modern and well-maintained four bedroom house which is only 5 minutes walk from Nutgrove Shopping Centre and also very close to Dundrum. It is a 15 minute walk to Windy Arbour luas stop, and 5 minutes to the bus stop (S6, 14). Both take half an hour to get into the city centre. It is about a 10 minute drive to the M50 and there is plenty of free parking available. You would be sharing with 3 others. We are all in our 30s and have varying schedules. We enjoy our individual time but we spend time chatting etc. when we see eachother. We are respectful towards eachother, have a cleaning rota and a kitty (for general expenses). We are looking for a responsible, tidy and sociable person to fit into our home. Bills are Electricity, TV, Internet and Bin Charges. Bills are not included in rent. The rent is paid in advance per month, though we may receive a rent increase soon and if so this will increase the price of the room. Deposit of €750 will also need to be paid in advance.
