Double bedroom available to rent for one persn. Would be sharing a bathroom with one other. We are looking for a person in their 30s who is clean, a non-smoker and a non-vaper. The house is located in a quiet estate in Churchtown. It is a modern and well-maintained four bedroom house which is only 5 minutes walk from Nutgrove Shopping Centre and also very close to Dundrum. It is a 15 minute walk to Windy Arbour luas stop, and 5 minutes to the bus stop (S6, 14). Both take half an hour to get into the city centre. It is about a 10 minute drive to the M50 and there is plenty of free parking available. You would be sharing the house with 3 others. We are all in our 30s and have varying schedules. We enjoy our individual time but we spend time chatting etc. when we see eachother. We are respectful towards eachother, have a cleaning rota and a kitty (for general expenses). We are looking for a responsible, tidy and sociable person to fit into our home. Bills are Electricity, Gas, TV, Internet and Bin Charges. Bills are not included in the rent.
