About us We're two full time employed guys in our 20s who have been living here for the past couple of years. We both have our own routines and interests, so the house is generally pretty relaxed during the week. Evenings are usually spent cooking, watching something, reading, playing boardgames, or just unwinding after work. We're friendly and happy to chat over a coffee or a drink if everyone happens to be around, but there's no expectation to socialise. Everyone has their own space and privacy, and that balance has worked well for us. The house is clean and looked after, but we're not obsessive about it. We simply clean up after ourselves, share household chores, and communicate if something needs sorting. We're looking for someone who's easy to live with and values a relaxed, respectful home. The main things that matter to us are paying rent and bills on time, cleaning up after yourself, and being considerate of the people you live with. We are looking for a person thats communicative and takes shared responsibility for the house. Above all, we're hoping to find someone who's a good fit for the household.
