The house, situated on two levels, boasts spacious common areas and fully furnished private bedrooms. The property is situated in a quiet residential area, close to both the seaside resort of Salthill and the Spanish Arch. The property is conveniently located near bus stops, supermarkets, and a variety of shops. The bedrooms are either single or double (with single or double beds), equipped with an internal sink, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, and desks. Guests share a comfortable and fully equipped kitchen, a laundry area, two complete bathrooms (recently renovated), one small bathroom, a comfortable living/dining room, storage spaces, and a bright garden at the back. It is possible to park up to two cars inside the property free of charge. Our locations are strictly no party, no overnight guests, and no smoking. All-inclusive rates and flexible payment conditions are applied.  All the bills are included in the weekly rate (5G wi fi connection, waste bins collection, heating, electricity, and continuous maintenance assistance, 24h emergency number).
