Theres plenty of bus routes right outside the house such as the G2/80/S4 and L55 and many more at Liffey Valley. Theres a Tesco Extra, Supervalu and Lidl all 10 minutes walk from the house and Fonthill Retail Park 25mins. The house is shared by a couple (who have their own ensuite) and another female which you will be sharing the upstairs bathroom with. However theres also another toilet downstairs too, so the house doesnt feel packed. Living room is a shared space. The double room up for rent has two large double wardrobes, a desk with drawers, side table and double bed. Theres also a drawer the lenght of the bed underneath. Rent is due by the 29th each month and the lease is for 6months, though there might be a possibility of extending this, to be discussed closer to the time. The 850 includes rent and all house bills.
