Also all the bedroom doors have keys for your own peace of mind. The house is shared with two females and a male. There is a spacious kitchen and you have your own fridge and cabinet for food. We have a 9kg washing machine and dryer. As well as the share bathroom upstairs (female share only), there is also a spare toilet downstairs. (The couple have their ensuite) The House is located in the epicentre of Ballyfermot, Palmerstown and Clondalkin. There is a Supervalu, Lidl and Tesco Extra within a 10 min walk of the house, as well as two retail parks and Liffey Valley Shopping nearby. Major bus routes like the G2/80/L55 all stop just outside the estate and there are many more bus routes that stop at Liffey Valley shopping centre, 15 mins walk away. €750 incl. rent and bills (electric/gas/bins/wifi) Deposit to be handed in with the first months rent (rent to be payed by 28th of every month) Contract is currently for 6 months, but there might be a possible extension available after. **We will not be providing towels/pillows/blankets/bedcovers
