Hi all We have a bright, clean double room available for a female occupant in our owner occupied apartment in Bray( Co.Dublin part) The apartment is within easy reach of the DART and multiple bus routes, making commuting into Dublin straightforward. You’ll be sharing with a couple in a relaxed, well kept home. The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable, and easy to live in. The room comes fully furnished with a comfortable storage bed, along with good built in storage . You’ll also have use of the main bathroom, while we use the en-suite. A few important bits: We have two cats, so we would require someone who is comfortable around animals and happy to have them around the home. Best suited for someone with a regular routine We’re looking for someone tidy, respectful, and easy to live with.
