Also suitable for those working at Northern Trust, Bon Secours, or other nearby businesses, within walking distance of multiple other businesses and a bus stop. Both rooms are large and have double beds. Rent is €800 per room per month with all bills included, on a 9-month lease running from 5th September to 5th June, lining up with the academic year. The house is shared with the owners, a young couple in their late 20s/early 30s, who are looking for like-minded, considerate housemates. Female applicants preferred. This is your home too - there's no weekend curfew, so you're welcome to stay whenever you like. The bathrooms are currently being upgraded, with photos to follow shortly.
