Studio room available, with private bathroom and kitchenette, one bed. 5 minute walk to TUS Athlone campus. We are looking for a quiet student of any year. This is a quiet, private house and the occupant will need to be respectful of this. We have an indoor cat, therefore we are unable to accept pets. The studio is fully self contained, but is accessed via the main house. The living area contains a pull out king size bed, TV, storage, clothes hanger, drop down table and two chairs. The bathroom contains a toilet, sink and electric shower. The kitchenette contains a two ring induction hob, fridge, sink, kettle, microwave, air fryer, iron, cutlery, utensils, crockery, pots and pans. The rent includes bins, wi-fi, water, heating and electricity within reasonable use. Please note that the rest of the house remains private.
