The house is located in a well sought after area, within walking distance to the regional park, and the centre of town, with Aldi, EuroGiant, Leeview pharmacy and Costa coffee at the entrance to the estate. The bus stop for the 220, 220X and 233 is located at the entrance to the housing estate, making this a great location for commuters offering ease of access to cork city. The 220 bus also runs 24/7. This is a family estate with a family living next door therefore this house is not suitable for parties. There is parking available on the estate, no parking discs are needed.
