We have shared our home with many people over the years. Our kids are quiet and respectful. They are used to sharing the house with people. Converted attic room which includes a 48 inch Plasma TV, a built in wardrobe and a dresser providing ample storage. The ensuite is fully tiled from floor to ceiling and has a rain head power shower. Black out blinds for Velux windows for a restful nights sleep! This room is very private being on the 3rd floor. The house is on a cul-de-sac in a extremely quiet estate overlooking Willsbrook Park. We have a private, spacious garden. Gas heating, solar panels and high speed broadband throughout the house. It's a 5min walk to the nearest bus stop (25A/25B) which takes approximately 40 mins into city centre (Merrion Square). Buses also connecting Leixlip, Celbridge, Maynooth, Blanchardstown, Liffey Valley and the Airport. We live very close to Hermitage Park and a few minutes drive from St Catherine's Park. Lucan Village which has an array of cafe's, bars and restaurants is approximately 20 mins walk away. We're only a 5 minute drive away from Liffey Valley (shopping, cinema and restaurants). Other local amenities include: Lidl, Flyefit Gym, chemist, post office, hairdressers and barbers, takeaways, Eurospar, Pennyhill Bar & Restaurant. No smoking/vaping. We require one month's rent to be paid upfront as well as one month's rent as a deposit. Bills are not included. We have 1 pet rabbit (spends most of the time in the garden, depending on the weather).
