5-Day Student Accommodation, Monday to Friday Only This accommodation has its own separate entrance with its own living room, bedroom, and bathroom. The family lives in the main house downstairs. We are a family of four (mother, father, 12-year-old boy and 10-year-old girl). The living area and bathroom are shared between the two tenants. The upstairs has recently been refurbished so is warm, insulated, modern, and spacious. Each bedroom is very spacious with ample wardrobe space, a chest of drawers, and study space with a table and chair. Each student will have access to a washing machine one night a week (day agreed by both parties) to do their washing. We are looking to rent the rooms Monday to Friday with breakfast and dinner included. Dinners are homecooked healthy meals. No accomodations can be made to the food unless coeliac. Our son is coeliac so all food is gluten free. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster in the living space. UCD campus is a 7-minute walk from our house, we have various bus stops located within minutes of the house with buses (E1, E2 & 11) directly to the city centre approximately every 5 minutes. There are good supermarkets, (Lidl, Tesco & Supervalu,), a cinema, chemist, newsagents, shopping centre (Stillorgan) banks and cafes and restaurants all within minutes walking distance of the house. The cost is €190 per week (Monday to Friday) and WiFi and all bills are included in this price, at fair usage, may have to be reviewed. A deposit of 4 weeks will be required to secure the room which will be returned at the end of the contract (subject to a room inspection). We are open to occasional stay at weekends such as exam time if required. This is a room-only rate (€20 per night) so no dinner or additional breakfast will be provided on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday in this event.
